Bitcoin being the most popular crypto currency and even controlling the price of other crypto assets in the market, because of it's high price it has attained. Will there be any crypto currency in the future that can reach the price of Bitcoin and also control the price of others in the future?

As much as I can say that nothing is impossible, but it is highly unlikely because BTC is the holy grail and the mother of all cryptocurrencies. I can say that there’s no way others would replace Bitcoin in the near future.

But of course, correct me if I’m wrong later on if that happens and we can go back to this thread and discuss it again.

In the distant future: Maybe, human is a very creative and innovative creature. Remember, we used to use the real telegram (not the apps), and now it's a relic. It would be similar to this question, maybe 20 years in the future, Bitcoin will be a relic from the past.

Great answer, because the average person would quickly decide that no one will ever be able to replace Bitcoin as king.  But if you read your answer, chances are it could happen! 
But for now, I think there is no Cryptocurrency project that seems to be able to shake Bitcoin's position as number one.

First of all, how many cryptocurrencies have the kind of supply like Bitcoin? It will be really difficult for any present crypto to have the king of price tag as bitcoin mainly because of the total supply and we also understand that even the total supply for Bitcoin is not really the total considering the number of lost Bitcoin which even makes it more scarce. Based on this single parameter, I don't see this happening.

Bitcoin influences the price of other cryptocurrencies not because of its high price, but because of its high capitalization. This indicator is directly related to price dominance, which is expressed as a percentage of the total market capitalization. Due to the fact that altcoins have been developing very quickly in recent years, capitalization is flowing to them and the percentage of bitcoin dominance is steadily falling. Therefore, it is quite logical that a moment will come when the dominance will become so low that Bitcoin will lose its position as the leader of the cryptocurrency.

Since that I entered in crypto world in 2017 I don't see the potential of the other coins that will replace bitcoin and for sure there is no crypto that will replace bitcoin in the future. Bitcoin will be still the number 1 cryptocurrency because of course it is the first crypto and very popular.

I don't think anything like that will happen. Because every token that came out afterwards came out to be an alternative to bitcoin, but none of them could be an alternative. Even though it sometimes surpassed BTC in price, tokens like yfii could never stay at that point and suffered a pullback. Bitcoin is a locomotive and it will always be ahead.

Into the future, let's say maybe 10 years from now, there can be a big possibility that Bitcoin has been relegated to the background because there are already many other coins taking the cryptocurrency market by storm. Well, again, that can be a possibility but if Bitcoin will eventually become a very solid player and can reach at least $500,000 in value then the same thing happening now can still be true. We have to remember that Bitcoin has some noticeable weaknesses, many of its possible replacements got also their flaws - there is nothing perfect here 100% and if there is it may not be patronized by the many or not excited enough to capture a slice of the available market.

I don't think Bitcoin is replaced, if the position of the altcoin market cap is able to be above Bitcoin, it looks like it will happen and ethereum which I think can occupy the top position if one day the ethereum market cap is able to be above Bitcoin.
for payment, altcoins such as BUSD and USDT are still an option however, I am more interested in altcoins that have fluctuating prices

I wonder where those coins/projects are now? do they still exist in the cryptocurrency market? I think it is not just the price of a coin or any token but the value which it holds and its acceptance by the crypto community. For now Bitcoin has that support of the crypto society and maybe just maybe there might be some crypto project that can replace Bitcoin in the future but I don't see that yet.

If we talk about the future then there are already a lot of prediction regarding the vanishing of Crypto, but if we talk about the current market situation and in the next few Years then BTC will be still on top of all coins.

For now, bitcoin is still superior, But I think at the coming future we will see other potential coin that replace bitcoin.
But It won't happen soon.
