Russia make the great decision becasue Bitcoin and also other crypto coins are the future of the world and this time almost peoples will know about this currency and they start work in this business. Crypto is the world future which can change so many peoples life in a short time.

They re still considering it but it is not decided yet.
This may be good if they can really accept Bitcoin as one of the payment metod. But this thought was done when the war was still ongoing. Right now, it seems there is still not yet decided. SO, we can jsut wait for the goood news later if possible.
