Without a doubt, blockchain technology will continue to develop during the war unleashed in Ukraine by Russian aggression. In Ukraine, with the help of this technology, various information bases are now being actively introduced, allowing the Armed Forces of Ukraine to receive information online about the movement of Russian troops and equipment, report missing people, damage caused by Russians, and so on. But in Russia itself, probably, the problems are already more serious, and it will probably not be up to blockchain technology. I do not think that they will count the amount of stolen property in Ukraine. Russians may soon gradually forget about laptops and iPhones. High technology may soon be unavailable or limited to this country.
