High APY Auto-Staking Projects: What Can You Say?

When you look at the bounty section of this forum -as well as in the other forum - you would surely not fail to see the proliferation of may auto-staking, auto-compounding projects promising its supporters the highest APY possible...with many reaching more than 100,000 APY - with one or two promising even a million more.

Needless to say, with this skyrocketing promise of APY, what they are offering can be so attractive but we know that in the end only some lucky few of these projects will be able to survive the rigors and discriminatory power of the marketplace.

What is your opinion with this trend?

This apy is attractive but what about price stability? High APY means people will get more rewards which they will surely cash out do how team is going to deal with this problem. I am with a project that offers 70% APR in a single staking offer and its price came to 0.015$ from 0.18$. High APY is not always good if that project don't have a working product.

Some of those projects promise very good benefits, but nothing in life is free. Of all these projects we can eliminate those that are scams, since surely there will be many that are, we must also eliminate those projects that do not have a well defined tokenomics from the beginning of the project and they will be swallowed by inflation. And of course, of the projects that remain afterwards, we all know that only a few users could benefit from those percentages, very few.

I think there will be lots of staking platform but i will suggest you binance for stake your token because its the most reliable platform and no chance of loosing money or got scam. So stake on any binance token pair

You are very correct. A project that don't have a workeable project will die with high APY. I invested in such project last year and the project didn't last 4 months. Till now the team is not where to found. Becare with such project.

How long such projects will run or survive and there is no guarantee of a stable price. If you get a good APY and the price keeps dropping then it is no use for such projects/staking. Most of the projects that promise high returns turn out scams.

Such projects are just a joke in the crypto market, APY above 20% cannot exist, everyone can refer to Terra's UST. Sometimes high APY is used but it is limited for a short time and for a small amount of tokens to be staked.
If the project maintains a high APY and the reward is token, the token price will drop very quickly after each reward payout.

Such APY is very unreasonable, APY in the provided pool can decrease when many investors put their tokens or coins into the pool for profit, some APY will decrease as the number of users increases, if the pool is not limited then the price of tokens / the coin will experience a decline, because I have seen many platforms that provide high APY with the reward of the tokens they have, then the price of the token goes down as more tokens are sold in the market.

Not everyone knows but I like this project very much. Everyone is getting attracted to it. There is a high chance of less profit than its loss. The problem of deception is also very less in this. That's why it's good.
