I am seeing a good chance of a little reversal of the dip trend in the coming few days and let's see how things will eventually hold up...but honestly this is not going to be a strong rebound so there is still that chance that we can see BTC going below the $20K level. Can this be the best time already to accumulate more BTC and top alts...maybe yes but we still have to be careful as the bears are still so around just waiting to punch us on the face.

Yes for now we're closer once again to below $20k after that brief recovery to $21.4k due to the latest Harmony hacking incident. Although there are encouraging signs as you said, we still have to expect the unexpected happenings in the cryptocurrency market as it can go up or down without warning.
