We all know that it's not easy to delete posts in AltcoinsTalks forum, and we need to pay for this to be enabled.

I am proposing one compromise to forum owners to create one board called Privacy or Private Talk.
Subject will obviously be privacy and members would be able to delete all topics and posts created there.
For start maybe this should be available only for higher ranked members to avoid spam and scam.

the software does not work like this, either you can delete your posts or you can't
any other option requires custom coding >> this require testing > can create bugs > can break other things
thus anything not necessary will not be modified.

Deletion option can be acquired by burning altt token, if you do not have enough altt, you can convert the points to the tokens once you fulfil conditions:

No sense in requesting features that already exist, and that you can acquire after a bit of time on the forum without having to pay, given that the points earned are converted to altt.

Sorry but I think I will have to agree with what admin said above, creating a private or privacy board where posts can be willingly deleted by the poster, simply does not make sense to me, why? Because, no one will posts only on that board, except you are not in a signature campaign, but if you are, then the manager will definitely want you to spread your posts out to every other parts of the forum for proper visibility of the brand you are promoting, so, in the end, most of your posts are still going to be on the same boards where posts can't be deleted without burning ALTT.

And besides, why should anyone be interested in creating posts they would want to delete in the future? 🤷‍♀️

So I guess you are doing all manually with burning tokens option?
Please explain to me how there is more sense and how it's easier to delete just one post and pay $1 worth of tokens for that? 
If this is all done manually by me sending you guys a message, sending tokens, than you enable it, wait for me to delete post, than disable it again.
Totally unsustainable and impossible to work if more people would use this.

You are right about this and I agree that it may not be that easy to write the code, test it and make sure it doesn't cause any error on the forum but I also agree that it is important to add the future that allows users to freely delete any comment that they don't want any longer, you can add the privacy board where deleted post can be saved

I agree with admin, there is no need to have such feature now. You can delete your post or topic by burning ALTT tokens.

you burn the tokens i can turn these abilities on the profile.

but it is not possible to have this ability on in some boards and off in other boards.

for deleting 1 post, report it > ask for deletion > me or a mod will delete it > no burning tokens requested !

I might have a lot of weaknesses, but illogic thinking is not one of them, nothing i do is illogical, you can be sure of that.

Of course such suggestions would be welcome, because if members could be spamming this system should be stopped. Steps should be taken to ensure that the post is deleted and the image of the post deleted is on record.
