Do signature campaigns for Newbies & telegram title have any value ?

In my view, newbies still need to learn a lot to avoid spam in the forum. Some of newbies learning is given them chance to join in signature campaign with small amount of stake will be sufficient as learning bonus. As I know in other forums, alt accounts are exist and the account owner should still a hard work to participate in sig campaign for newbies account and the posts seems to be better than the really newbie persons.

Nowadays, I think newbies in signature campaign has no space to participate in it. But mostly they are capable only to join in any of the social media campaign, such as twitter, Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, Article and more that are related into social bounties as well.

For me, I dont think there's any need wasting time and resources on newbies signature campaign because just as you have said, they have no value, putting just a link and a few words in a signature wouldn't catch my fancy and I believe it is so too with many other persons, i prefer the colorful, bright signatures with elegant and beautiful designs.
