Bitcoin core is programed to decide which blockchain container valid transactions. The users of Bitcoin core only accept transactions for the blockchain making it the Bitcoin blockchain that everyone else wants to use

For the first time, I also don't understand Bitcoin Core, I suppose that Bitcoin Core is Bitcoin. LOL

Bitcoin Core is a full Bitcoin client and is built as a network backbone. Provides high security, privacy and stability. However, it has fewer features and requires a lot of storage and memory space.

The above is the understanding of Bitcoin Core from Google and that hopefully can help you.
