It is ok to quote or even copy some part of a text if it answers a specific question
but of course abusing this, is considered plagiarism
for that we have penalties, you get plagia strikes, once you reach 2 strikes you lose points and plagia strikes are reset
thus do your best to rewrite the content or at least change it enough.

Firstly i am sorry to say because i am a junior member in this forum. I think we are very lucky to get Altcointalk forum. But here some rules obviously maintain. But more strictly rules lead forum members annoying, so day by day Altcointalk and bitcointalk forum getting bad to worse. Some valuable informations from outer sources can improve our knowledge about cryptocurrencies, its objectives, goals, uses and effects. I already seen above comments among phabulu and Bitrump, they are two gentle very important in our forum, we need them to develop our forum but if anyone comments badly each others that may lead anyone against each other. So be friendly each others. We need both, Bitrump and phabulu both are assets, not burden in forum.

But, You can know that people can't give karma multiple times, anyone need to wait 100 hours to make a karma transaction, it means that People can give you 1 karma positive-negative every 100 hours.

Check the plagia penalty
After you reach 2 strikes, they get removed by me
But i also remove 10-30k points
In your case i removed 10k points

No offense but most bounty hunters here do not really care about the points deducted on their accounts because they are only here for meeting the required quota. How about adding a one week to one month (or more) signature ban to the plagiarism penalty?
