10月22日消息，OKCoin创始人徐明星发微博称，某自媒体多次针对本人指明道姓写黑稿，捏造并散布虚构的事实，还雇佣大量水军号到处转发，请问幕后老板贺树龙：
 
1、私人针对他人进行追踪、围堵等行为合法吗？你在教唆这种非法行为吗？
 
2、合法的诉求不应该通过公检法等法律部门来表达吗，你觉得司法维护不了个人合法权益吗？你不相信法制和法治吗？
 
3、你写的事情是客观事实吗？你核实了吗？你笔下长篇报道“老头”冯友全和他宣称的“儿子”如果不是父子关系，你愿意为你的不实报道道歉吗？你文章中的那份所谓“赔偿”合同你核实过吗？如果证明是伪造的，你是否愿意道歉？
