ICOs are a legit or Scam?

I think to know which is scam,  We must to read and learn the white paper and the man behind project. 
Because too many ICOs are scam now.

that's right, before joining ico we have to be able to understand that what will be followed properly. we can see from the existing whitepaper because in the whitepaper there is a lot of important information about ico that will be followed.

Yes I think You will know the ICO is scam or legit, You must join the ICO. Before join we cannot understand that.

I agree with you and in my personal analysis fundamental about the best ICOs projects, they must have real of products can be used by all of community members, the developer of team must has real of businesses related with the projects of ICOs. They must have the community whom support their project of ICOs, it will anticipate on fake projects of ICOs and we can get legit ICO for investment in them.

That's right, now more than half of the companies that conduct ICOs are scams and fraudsters. In general, I would advise not to invest in ICO, but to buy tokens on exchanges, because on exchanges tokens are always at least in 10 times or even up to 100 times cheaper.

I think a conclusion cannot be drawn now because there are scam ICOs and also there are Legit ICOs, so it cannot be generalized if ICOs are scam or legit.

I will say some ICOs are legit and some of the ICOs are pure scam, and those projects are out purposely to scam investors of their hard earned money.

legit and scam nobody can find out. I also sometimes get a scam project. maybe only some people can find out. another way you can learn how iso works and see directly where the ico project is made.
