I really like the idea of regulations when it comes to the cryptocurrency world, especially the ICOs, I believe one of the advantages is that it will reduce scam projects, but what ate other advantages of regulating cryptocurrency?

regulation from goverment make investor protected from scam project cryptocurrency, but in other side regulation make freedom are bringing from blockchain dead, because people not get freedom for making transaction using blockchain

Not remove them at all, friends. Regulation only anticipates and lessens the number of scammers. I am not really sure it will help long run but I agree if the regulation can attract more investors. Regulation just limits the chances of fraudulence, but it doesn't mean to make it disappears.

If ICOs will be regulated we will see new investors will come into crypto market without any fear of being scammed. Yes by regulating the ICOs number of scammed project will definitely reduced if strict action being taken against the scammers. By regulating the ICOs I feel ICOs market will boom beyond our expectations. Even Long-term investors will also be happy because of less risk.
