I think ethereum is brighter than the rest coin above because we all know that it is 2nd place in the coinmarketcap next to bitcoin so there might be lots of people using ethereum than any other altcoin for their own benifits and if the volume of it is still good there might be a chance that any altcoin will be left behind by ethereum.

I guess the word hold is for short term investment like for couple months while the word hodl stands for 'hold on dearest life' which means is a long term investment in crypto-world.

There are lots of potential altcoins but if I were to choose between bitcoin and altcoins, I would choose altcoins specially the most trusted altcoins which are on the top of the list in coinmarketcap because I think the price of the market starts with the price of bitcoin so if the bitcoin drops, the altcoins will surely drops too. We just need to stay active in the market to be able to notice what will happen to bitcoin so that we could know what will happen to altcoins.

I guess what happens in bitcointalk forum is due to avoid spammer users in the forum because there are lots of users who are aggresive in joining an airdrop and bounties. Also I think there are scammers who makes a new account to make a fake airdrop which is bad for the forum I think so they improve the development.
As for the trend of establishing crypto forums, the projects that are going to develop is for the future of the community and the world. The crypto forum is a useful community to help people like learning new things and to improve a much better community.
The scenarios for a interactive forums is impossble I guess because there are lots of people in the world who wants to join this kind of forum so I think it will continously grow.
