This will not make the use of exchanges to be necessary.

But people may think it will not be centralized and no kYC will be needed, but that is a not true is my guess. I have not done it before but I am sure that KYC will be needed before you can withdraw crypto into fiat.

Anyone knows about the fee? I guess exchanges might be better.

I think I will prefer P2P.

The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has warned users about Floki staking program, saying 30 to 100% annual profit seem to good to be true.

Floki has banned Hong Kong-based users from joining its staking program.

I am disappointed to here something like this. Most coins are centralized in one way or the other. Probably interested users may be able to use VPN or TOR but I do not know.

Bitcoin Forum / Bitcoin ETF ads on Google search engine

Some news and tweets on platform X about Google to allow bitcoin ETF ads on Google search engine. One of the ways people were scammed through phishing scam in 2023 is through Google ads.

I am thinking that for bitcoin ETF, Google will only allow the ads from a trusted companies like BlackRock and Grayscale and other 9 companies that SEC approved their ETFs already.

But Google search results are where scammers are many with fake ads, is this a step forward for scammers to begin using fake Google ETF ads to look firy who to scam?

Regardless, it is good to avoid those Google ads generally.

I am surprised to see this today, that a monero transaction in connection with the criminal trial of Julius Aleksanteri Kivimäki and the Vastaamo hack was traced.

I am thinking this is not about monero but that users mistake or lack of knowledge to make a transaction like that untraceable can be made.

What do you think?
