We never know about the project because white paper is only giving the outline of the project and I don't think that the white paper provides full information about the project. I see that many white papers based on what they want to give to the people, and the team still need to work hard to make the project success in the future. But at least, by reading the whitepaper, we know what their purposes for creating the project.

For me, whitepaper is the face of an ico and it is very important because it is where you can read the information you need about it.
