When to publish TOKEN on exchange?

When is the right to publish TOKEN on exchange?
Before ICO? What will happen if the investor accidentally buy the token from exchange?
After ICO? How long after ICO? Immediately? or after the product of company is released?

If you wanna publish your token before ico and you must have a proper development progress to make sure that can attract the investors.
You can try to publish after ico and it will become your responsibility to create FOMO. That depends on yourself dude, we can't say a lot that because that based on the hype to your token to create a big FOMO

I think it is better to publish the token in exchange after ICO..or if you want to publish it asap in the exchange better lock the tokens to prevent dumping

I prefer listing on exchanges after the token sale and the earliest possible time is within 1 month. I would understand if it takes longer especially if they would list it on a quality exchange. Although there are a lot of investors and hunters that are really impatient and they prefer listing the soonest possible time.

Other ICOs now are listing the tokens already while the token sale is ongoing and I do not really understand why they do that.

I think after ico the new tokens determine which market can accommodate them maybe about 1 week after the new pre sale is released. .
but there are also tokens that find the market without IO I've found it ..
soft cap and hard cap are determinants of the worth of tokens to enter the market

The best for me is to list the coin or token after ICO the soonest time possible to a decent exchange. I think one month is a reasonable time to get listed

Like you mentioned, one of  the reasons why most coins are listed on exchange while it's ICO are still ongoing is simply because many investors are afraid these days to invest on this coins because they are afraid of being scam. Many new start up projects are aware of this scenario in ICO, hence, they came with this new idea of listing on exchange first, basically to actract investors into buying this coins/ tokens.

You can publish your token before the ICO. You must make your own choices. posting a token before fundraising can negatively impact your project. I can buy tokens very cheap.

ICOs developers team must be have their own consideration before make decision when laucnching in exchanger. I think many factor they consider like market condition. For company, the good time for launching on exchanger is when market rising but right now market condition are not good because many good coin and market cap value drop significant.

Project owners should wait for ICO stage to end successfully.
Later than, market situation is the most important thing to be discussed.
If some of the team members are the best sniffers in the market, they would make an agreement with an exchange at the bottom or right before the bull season.
