personally, I prefer to hold my coins. if I make a trade, maybe the profit that will be gained it won't too big. I believe that the crypto market will rise again so I will still hold my crypto. I think if later the crypto price rises again then I will get the benefit from it.

Holding and trading depends on daily needs.. When prices is reducing then I decide to hold my altcoins, when prices is increasing then I sell my altcoins.

when the crypto market is down it will be better if we hold our coins. don't be panic easily in facing the unstable crypto markets like do panic sell. if we do that, it is just the same as we make the crypto line go down.
