Distribution of tokens - update

We have a huge backlog of variety of tokens for distribution, and that include:
- Managed Airdrops
- Managed Bounties
- Distribution for Mods & Jnr Mods
- Distribution for Spartans & Jnr Spartans
- Distribution for Crypto Subscription Club
- Distribution for top contributors on the forum
- Random distributions to the community
- Distribution for contests

+ ALTS withdrawals have been frequently processed though, thus we have no backlog with ALTS distribution.

Since we launched we had distributed many, but we have still much more to distribute ...

Why this backlog ?
The main reason for the backlog is that many of these distribution required verification & validation of tasks, and that is a very time intensive task.
We recruited 2 individuals for this, one did not provide the quality of processing we were expecting and the other abused his powers creating fake accounts to transfer token to himself.


Solution
We hired a person that is not connected to crypto, which we are paying in fiat, in order to validate and process these distributions.
Thus we expect to be able to clear this backlog in the very near future.

Additional factors of delay that may arise
High Gas price for ethereum based tokens, in this case we just wait out the high gas price or we send with low price and let the transactions take their time to confirm.
