Best countries for an ICO

I know the topic was covered a bunch of times already, but the rules change fast and really curious on getting the most recent thoughts on this.

What countries in your opinion are the best for the ICO's right now and is it likely to drastically change in the next 2 years, and why?

depending on the sovereignty of the country's government.
if the country refuses to cryptocurrency then the impact is there is no ICO running.

but what I often see is that the ICO is often held in Singapore, Switzerland, Germany and Estonia.

There is no best country for ICO because ICO raised whenever it need and is totally depend on the #DevelopmentTeam . Different countries have different treatment on the ICO and crypto, thus there are less country that aprrove the existance of ICO.
