No Collateral | No interest | Trust based Loans

I'm giving loans without the need of providing any collateral. I'm also not expecting any interest in return. Just don't default the loan, so that I could continue the service. Max loan loan amount will be 0.01 ETH (~3$)

This service is mainly for members who are new to the crypto world, who for example can't cash out their bounty tokens because they don't have ETH in their wallets to move their bounty tokens to an exchange.

Terms:

- You must be of the rank, Member or above and should not have negative karma.
- You must provide the same address in which you are holding the tokens, you wish to transfer.
- The token worth should be greater than 30$.
- I reserve the right to deny any request without the need of giving any explanation.
- Don't request for loan, if you don't have any intention to payback.
- Don't ask for any loans that have a duration of more than a week (7 days).
- Payback (the loan amount + transaction fees) as early as possible.
- All loan requests must be posted here.

Request format:

Code: [Select]
Loan Amount:
Reason:
ETH Address:
Duration:

- Details of the token you wish to move:
Token Name/Symbol:
Estimated Worth:

First IOTA Smart Contract powered by Qubic Lite enables instant TOQEN Micro-Payments via MicroHash Channels. MicroHash is the first smart contract on the Tangle and it is already live. It all happens on a 4th layer:

 • 1st Layer: IOTA (data transmission, data integrity, data persistence)
 • 2nd Layer: Qubic Lite (quorum consensus framework on top of IOTA)
 • 3rd Layer: TOQEN (qApp on Qubic Lite; simulates a token blockchain)
 • 4th Layer: MicroHash (smart contract on TOQEN protocol)

What do you guys think? Will IOTA replace ETH?

Hello everyone!

Just want to let you all know that I am planning to share 50% to 100% of my referral commissions with my referrals in almost all crypto related stuff which gives referral commissions.

Freebitco.in Faucet - 100% Referral Share
As a starter, I am offering 100% of my referral commissions. This means that everyone who registers at freebitco.in using my referral link will earn 100% of my referral commissions every Sunday. This is an automated feature which the website hosts.

What do you get?
You lose nothing there is only GAIN.
150% in Free BTC rolls instead of 100%
0.4% on your wagers instead of 0% and
5% Compound Interest instead of 4%, if you maintain a balance of at least 30,000 satoshis (0.0003 BTC) in your FreeBitco.in account

What do I get?
I get 1 Reward Point and 1 Lottery Ticket for every roll instead of 0.

Already have an existing account?
If you don't have any active referrals, you can ask the freebitco.in admin through the contact form to deactivate your existing account and join under me using my referral link.

So it's completely a WIN-WIN solution. I hope you all like this idea. Feel free to post your feedbacks, proofs that I am not scamming and also share it with others.

For speedy replies, contact me via Telegram: @airdrophuntr8
Good luck everyone.

Bugs & Tech support / Possible Bug
« on: August 20, 2018, 08:36:05 AM »
I just found that several newbies have themselves as their referral. I think that this is some kind of bug in the referral system. I don't know how to put it in words clearly.
So here is an example -

As you can see in the above image the newbie is having 1 referral.

If you check whom he referred, it is the user himself. Here the referrer and referred are the same.

I believe that referrals are not being marked under the original referrer.

We all know that link shorteners are by default not allowed in the forum due to the blacklist. Today, I came across a spammer who used no link shortning website to shorten his referral links.
Ex: http://no link shortning/nau5wy

So, I think its time for the admin to put the website on the blacklist to avoid such spams.

Ionchain (IONC) has gone scam

Reasons:
1. IONC was seriously dumped by one of the Team wallets in IDEX for 2 days now.

2. The Official telegram Group has been flooded with scam accusations since yesterday and the admins didn't bother to ease the situation.

3. At one point the market order was for 0 satoshis in IDEX.

4. IONC was listed on IDEX on 8th July. Then all of a sudden IDEX delists IONC without any notice on 17th July. https://twitter.com/Aurora_dao/status/1019451230039543809

A Twitter post by SlowMist (https://twitter.com/SlowMist_Team/status/1012362798137872384), claimed that double spend has been successfully performed on Tether.

The original tweet is in Chinese and this is the translated version of the tweet by Microsoft
Quote
The exchange in the USDT recharge transactions to confirm the success of a logical flaw in the transaction details on the blockchain valid field value is true, resulting in "pretend value", the user has not lost any USDT but successfully recharge the exchange USDT, and these usdt can be normal transactions. We have confirmed that the real attack happened! The relevant exchange should suspend USDT recharge function as soon as possible, and self-examination code whether there is this logic flaw.

This seems to be the uncensored tx data: https://api.omniexplorer.info/v1/transaction/tx/f2e4b555532c6abd9065ab6158a1eec184e4fa8a570e9fb1ede4022589904dd8

But the Omni founder stated in Reddit, (https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/8ulr0t/a_doublespend_has_been_successfully_performed_on/e1gispn),
Quote
In general, I designed Omni so that to double-spend an Omni asset, you would have to double-spend bitcoin.

If I'm translating this correctly, it appears that what happened here is that an exchange wasn't checking the valid flag on transactions. They accepted a transaction with valid=false (which they should not have), and then the second "double spend" transaction had valid=true, which they also accepted.

Unless I am missing something, this is just poor exchange integration. One of our devs already replied pointing to our best practices for integration (thanks dexx!): https://github.com/OmniLayer/omnicore/wiki/Integrate-Omni-Core-to-receive-payments

Edit: Since news articles are linking here, I'll add one other thing. Reading the press release from okex (https://support.okex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006305532), they describe it a little differently. There may be cases when the valid flag is true, but the transaction fails for other reasons. It is important to also check the balance of the receiving account, as described in the best practices document linked above.

Generally, if the transaction is marked as valid and omnicore shows the expected balance, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Later Slowmist itself confirmed that Tether itself has not been compromised but some exchange didn't bother to use proper validation of Tether transactions resulting in a possible flaw

Already several FUDs have been doing rounds stating that Tether has been compromised, don't fall for it. Thought it was worth sharing.  Stay away from FUDs.

Ethereum deemed not a security by the SEC

A top official at the SEC has officially stated that they do not define Ethereum, in its current structure, as a security. This is obviously huge news for the space, especially in the current market context.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has acknowledged the potential of blockchain in a speech this week, endorsing the nascent technology for the first time in public.

Speaking at an annual academic conference hosted by the Chinese Academy of Sciences on Monday, Xi remarked that blockchain is a critical part of a technology revolution that China should seize to thrive in the global economy.

He told the audience:

Quote
Ever since the start of the 21st century, a new generation of industrial revolution is substantially reshaping the global economic structure ... with artificial intelligence, internet of things and blockchain constantly making application breakthroughs.

Xi further noted that in order to thrive amid global economic competition, China will launch national laboratories with high standards to foster research and development of technology infrastructure.

Though Xi did not offer further detail on how blockchain should be utilized, his comment comes just days after the Chinese government's central administrative branch also mentioned blockchain in a top-level missive.

As previously reported by CoinDesk, on May 24, China's State Council ordered the country's Guangdong Free-trade Zone to accelerate blockchain development and application as part of the region's economic reform.

In fact, the State Council has already introduced the concept of blockchain as part of an information technology reformation strategy in the country's 13th five-year economic development plan, spanning from 2016 to 2020.

Block explorers show information on the blocks making up a particular blockchain – Ethereum for example, but block explorers let you do much more than just look up individual network block.  They can also search for transaction IDs and wallet addresses, making them a valuable tool for checking on specific transactions. There are multiple block explorer websites for major cryptocurrency blockchains like Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Popular Bitcoin block explorers:

explorer.bitcoin.com/btc
btc.com
blockchain.info

Popular Ethereum block explorers:

etherscan.io
ethplorer.io
etherchain.org

But what if you’re transferring an altcoin?  If you’re looking for an ERC20 or other Ethereum based token, use an Ethereum block explorer.

For other coins or tokens, check the coin’s listing on Coin Market Cap.  Just visit the site, search for the coin, and then visit the link marked “explorer”.

Once you’re on the right explorer, simply enter your transaction hash (transaction ID or Tx hash) and search.  The results about the to and from addresses, as well as the number of confirmations for the transaction, will be displayed.

In cases where you see a transaction marked as successful or completed on the sending end (i.e., your exchange account) but not on the receiving end (i.e., your hardware wallet), it’s often because the transaction is in process. But the receiving address requires more confirmations to be completed.

You can also enter your wallet address in the block explorer to check your balances and find transaction hashes.  This can be especially useful for Airdrop and Bounty Hunters to look out for newer ERC20 tokens on their wallets like MEW.
