Title: Tips: When placing Sell & Buy Orders on Etherdelta
Post by: CryptoGirl on November 09, 2017, 11:54:10 PM
The Expires field, show in how many blocks your order will expire.
If the currency is highly volatile better have this number small.
But if it's a new token, or you are willing to have the offer on the table till someone take it,
you better increase the number in expires field, you can put 1000000 or even 10 000 000, or whatever number you wish.

10 000 blocks is 1.6 days
90 days x 24 hours x 60 minutes x 60 seconds / 14 (per block) = 555428

This is exactly how it works by EtherDelta. You can adjust how long your contract should be active. Very useful.
