Yes if you are longing for long term, but if you want easy income on a short period of time during bear market, I would say no.

For me it is okay to do bounty even if the market isn't in a good situation as long as the bounty project pay you and not waste of time, it's good to collect some coin/token while the prices still cheap to be ready for bull or for the price goes up.
