Bitcoin Forum / A Bitcoin option
« Last post by Stanlosky on Today at 06:45:48 AM »
A Bitcoin options contract is a derivative contract that allows investors to speculate on Bitcoin price movements without owning Bitcoin itself.

There are two types: call and put options. Call options give investors the right to buy a cryptocurrency at a specific price before a certain date. Put options, on the other hand, allow investors to sell a cryptocurrency at a particular price before the expiry date.

On May 3, a total of 23,367 Bitcoin contracts worth $1.39 billion are set to expire. Data from the Deribit exchange reveal that the put-to-call ratio for Bitcoin options contracts is currently at 0.5, with a maximum pain point of $61,000. The maximum pain point refers to the price at which the asset will cause financial losses to the greatest number of holders.

Similarly, a total of 334,248 Ether contracts with a notional value of $1 billion are expected to expire on Friday as well. These expiring contracts have a put-to-call ratio of 0.37 and a maximum pain point of $3,000.

The expiry of options contracts has historically been followed by short-term price volatility in the spot crypto market. Bitcoin and Ether have experienced bearish pressure in the past couple of weeks.

Basta ma-hit mo yung price target mo, yun ang intindihin mo. Hindi natin alam kung kailan mangyayari yan, puwedeng this year o kaya next year.
AT now eto na at nasa waiting time na tayo , going to 64k as of typing and tingin ko pag we keep this movement
sa buong linggo then malamang Bull na ang kasunod , medyo mahaba ahaba na adin ang pagkaka bago ng galawan ng market
kasi parang since this year started eh andaming nagbago sa movement ng bitcoin comparing sa mganakaraang 4 year cycle.
and wala naman tayong dapat ipagka balisa kasi nakita na natin to ng ilang pagkakataon.

These American companies that violate US laws and provide payment facilities to countries subject to US sanctions have two reasons: either because they want to get money in any way, even by violating the laws, or they see these sanctions as unjust to these countries and they violate the sanctions.

I am against the first reason, but I support the second, and with the violation of these sanctions by these companies, I salute them, because the citizens residing in these countries subject to sanctions have no fault or any connection to politics, so why does the United States impose sanctions on them?

Sekarang emang sering banget launchpool setelah ganti CEO RT, makin banyak BNB makin banyak dapet rewardnya.

CoinGecko analysts have found Ethereum at the top of March’s trading volumes for decentralized exchanges.

Ethereum became the leader of decentralized exchanges (DEX) in trading volumes, with a share of 37.1%. Last month, trading volume on the Ethereum network increased by 92.4%, reaching $69.67 billion.

The Solana blockchain now sits in second place with a share of 21.3% but has shown the greatest growth over the reporting period, at 244.8%, reaching $40 billion.

BNB Smart Chain is in third place, accounting for 15.1% of the total trading turnover across all DEXs. In March, its trading volume was $28.5 billion, an increase of 161.1% over the month. The blockchain finished the last reporting period with $10.9 billion.

According to CoinGecko, the total trading volume on DEXs reached $190 billion, more than doubling February’s figure of $81 billion.

Experts note that Ethereum’s share dropped sharply during the first quarter of 2024, falling to 33.4% as Solana and Arbitrum significantly strengthened their positions. For comparison, in the fourth quarter of 2023, Ethereum’s share was 46.8%.

“In January and February 2024, Arbitrum briefly overtook Ethereum’s dominance. Ethereum had a 31.2% and 30.1% market share in January and March, while Arbitrum stood at 39.1% and 39.7% during the same period.”

Trading volume itself continues to grow within the network. In the first quarter of this year, it increased by 46.8%, as calculated by CoinGecko. Solana remains the growth leader, as its trade turnover increased from $18.18 billion to $62.31 billion. Quarterly, this figure increased by 242.7%.

In March, DEXs based on Solana captured about half of the daily trading volume in the market. The segment leader was the Jupiter platform, which had $2.66 billion, followed by Raydium at $2.4 billion. The increased interest in the Solana blockchain occurred amid the hype around meme coins.

Gambling discussion / Re: Whats your experience with gambling?
« Last post by Litzki1990 on Today at 06:03:33 AM »
I'm not sure if it is bad or not. But it was because I didn't understand what I was doing that the beginning of gambling turned out to be very bad. ha ha ha'
This was a very unsuccessful attempt at that time, so it made me pause for a moment to at least understand what I was playing.

That's not easy enough. Because indeed a lot of gambling is influenced by luck. And I thought, my luck isn't that good. Yes, even though sometimes it is a win, it seems like there are more losses. Because of that, I don't accept gambling because I really realize that it's not easy and the risks are actually very high.

you had a really good start with gambling :D I understand how it feels when luck isn't always on your side. Wins can be exciting but the losses definitely sting a bit more. It's super important to recognize that balance just like you have.
Usually luck can never always be on a gambler's side, because the odds are always stacked up against them. No matter how good you may think you are, it's always crucial to acknowledge the fact that the possibility of winning will always be beaten by that of losing, so one should always apply extreme caution while approaching gambling to avoid sudden losses.
As luck will not always favor us, it is better not to depend directly on luck. You see you can sometimes depend on luck to get results in your favor but later on you should refrain from depending on luck as luck may not help you later. Choose gambling categories where winning or losing matches depends more on your skill than your luck.

Liverpool team has been performing aggressively since the beginning, every player in Liverpool team is working hard.  In any case, the best teams have been performing well this season, especially since the match has been running for 64 minutes and 4 goals have already been scored.  But the reverse team Tottenham team is not performing well in comparison. So far the team has made 18 attacks and the Tottenham team has only made three attacks.  But we must wait till the end of the game.
Liverpool have done better in the early part of the season and so far they have been trying to do well but they have not been able to maintain their consistency. We are almost at the end of the season and if Liverpool can't perform at their best at this point then their good performances throughout the season are worthless. Due to poor performances in the last few matches, Liverpool has fallen far behind Manchester City and Arsenal in the season. Perhaps this season, no matter how well Liverpool perform in the final matches, they may not be able to win the title this season.

Bitcoin Forum / Re: Bitcoin: The Most Beautiful Currency in the World
« Last post by alltalk on Today at 05:46:34 AM »
Aside from the many things why Paolo Ardoino called Bitcoin as such, what do you think can be your own reasons why Bitcoin is something beautiful today and in many years to come?
What makes it beautiful?
The biggest reason is about the decentralization status of Bitcoin. Bitcoin isn't controlled by any person, nor by any government in the world. Bitcoin is the only currency which is truly neutral, not taking sides with any country or government in the world. Meanwhile other currencies must be belong to certain countries or governments in the world. The decentralization of Bitcoin, makes Bitcoin be an interesting currency, even it is only a digital currency.

In addition, I agree with Ardoino’s statements that describe the role of Bitcoin. Bitcoin always becomes the pioneer on many aspects, the halving triggers the raise on crypto values and its ETF market makes people around the be more interested in the crypto future. Bitcoin is like the soul of crypto industry, it brings crypto to the further development.

It was just another day at the office for Canelo and he looked like a professor there schooling the younger generation. He was eating good shots from Jaime like it was nothing. During the fight, the kid just doesn't have what it takes to cause real damage to the champ's tank build ;D

Yeah, Munguia's punch didn't Canelo but the same goes with the latter as he can't finish the fragile Munguia. For me, Canelo is not the same anymore, i mean clearly he aged and that might be the reason they chose Munguia as his opponent for him to look good as Munguia doesn't back down on a toe-to-toe fight. Many fight fans scored the fight close, not the same to the three judges who scored the fight with a wide margin.
