Every time I hear some coin promoter bragging only about things in a virtual roadmap I know it's going to suck an fail spectacular in the end.
Dogecoin has an USERBASE and this is far more important than any "project"

Agree, DOGE is a famous meme and has a positive impact on the entire crypto market. Many people only know BTC and DOGE, not LTC or ETH. Elon Musk promoted crypto through DOGE, DOGE is a meme so everything surrounding it is just a joke and cannot be prosecuted.

I will spend a small part of the capital for DOGE as a potential fun token. 1 USD is my target for DOGE in 2024.

Unfortunately doge didn't have good project, it's just meme coin.
Elon musk always support this coin at the past, but as trader or investors we should  know  which is good coin that have good project.

Elon Musk is just using this Coin as His bread and Butter because he kept bumping and pumping this in the past at least several times and after being burned of what he is doing He shifter to other Meme coins like Shiba Inu and some shitcoins so he can make money again.
I have stopped my investment in Dogecoin before but will consider shitting with this if Elon will do the same thing again like what he did in the past.

I suspect that in the next year Elon Musk will tweet on the DOGE coin with a hashtag that exceeds the price of 3 dollars for DOGE, lol

Don't be arrogant, friends, because every step a famous and rich person takes is difficult to predict where it will lead.
Because around these rich people there are bound to be people who are irresponsible, want to bring them down or whatever that could lead to a different direction from Elon Musk.
Maybe in previous years Elon Musk provided support for the DOGE coin, but now and in the future we don't know whether Elon Musk will choose DOGE again to support it or not at all.

There is always a possibility, as you said, that Doge will be able to touch the renewable ATH when Bitcoin also gets the same thing. But everything can't just depend on Elon's tweets, because up to now Elon himself is busy with X, which clearly requires thinking that can contribute to income from efforts to update the rules in X.What if Elon doesn't think about Doge at the moment? Will Doge be able to improve?
Everything will obviously also be determined by how many investors can continue to contribute to Doge; of course, that will be better than just waiting for a tweet to be made by an Elon.

Doge has hundreds of thsoaudns of transactions a day on its own chain, it has millions of users, it's accepted almost on every site, it's the 4th most available coin on crypto ATMs in the world, having half of the ATMs that Ethereum has, what project do you need when you have a huge userbase, when you have ACTUAL utility?
You don't need "good projects" , that's just 2017 ICO garbage I've seen hundreds of so called projects disappearing in the trashcan of history yet dogecoin is still here, it's still used by millions and will be used fr years even after all those vaporware coins with good projects will be dead and buried!

Better to invest other coin that have good project.

After Bitcoin halving, I think many altcoins price will increase, Bitcoin price is showing good movement at crypto maket at this week, and touch $ 47K.  In my prediction at next week altcouin price will start to increase to follow Bitcoin performance. Absolutely right investment in any meme coin is to risky i also think. But i think all investment on cryptocurrency are risky not only meme coin. Another currency also risky but meme coin is more risky i think. But if we saw many good coin is less risky because they create them trusted and acceptable. Like BNB, Ethereum, Ripple etc. Investment on this currency is safe i think.
But when world rich man Elon Musk promote doge coin from then it’s usability and acceptance has been increased. So i think in future bull run it’s price will be minimum $0.70- $0.80.
