Is it good to buy during ICO or market?

my opinion to date is best to buy a coin after entering the exchange, because it almost always falls in price

With recent events , i think its best to wait till most project get to the exchange to buy. most especially the D.Exchange , they tend to cause a fall in price even below ico price.

Yes it is possible because of the huge bonus effects of token sales and crypto market conditions. no one can provide a price guarantee once there in the market. but if the project goes according to the roadmap and the team that develops actively in the development of the project may be in the future the project will have a high value.

Late investors get to enjoy the low prices and buy at very cheap during the market in the early stages of listing on the market.

It should be better to buy in the market because ico is lower in price after many coins, and it takes more risks to participate in ico before, and it is impossible to predict that only after participating can we avoid these occurrences.

Actualy buying during the ICO is price is right time ,because in this time we can get a good percentage and gain a good profit.while in the other hands those coins listed on the markets get a low prices,because of the biggest competition  of all altcoins in the market.
