I have experienced this, wrongly sending tokens to a coin's smart contract instead of my personal wallet address.
This happened because I did it in a hurry, so.. it is very important that we double-check the wallet address to which we will send assets before we press the send button.
Unfortunately, the assets you send to the smart contract will be lost and cannot be sent back. That is why when carrying out cryptocurrency transactions you have to pay attention to the address which must be appropriate and correct, sometimes the size of a letter or one different letter will make our assets trapped forever.
It's true that my assets were completely lost due to my own fault, it all happened because I rushed to make a transaction without checking first. I thought the wallet I copied was correct, but it turned out the smart contract address was still attached to it.

At least we learned from our own mistakes, and we don't want that to happen again. Although I haven't experienced that yet, what I'm really doing is checking it over and over as much as possible because, of course, we're talking about money here.

When making a cryptocurrency transaction, it is forbidden to make a mistake because one mistake means that we will not be able to recover the money that has been deducted from our wallet account, whether it is a deposit or a withdrawal.

Stable Coins Forum / Re: Accepting Stablecoins for Big-Ticket Items?

Yes I have looked a bit at USDT (very interesting now when transactions can be done on telegram)

Buenos días Daiana

apparently USDT has issues in Canada

By the way Tether was repressed in Canada last year, for example coinbase and others removed the possibility to trade in pairs with USDT. By the way, is there anyone who lives in Canada, how has it affected your trading, since a year is coming up?
It's very scary that Canada prohibits trading USDT, I don't understand where the error lies with USDT in Canada.
Including large markets such as Coinbase which prohibits USDT trading in Canada, perhaps other members have a better understanding of this issue.
Or maybe there are members on altcoinstalks who are originally from Canada, why does this problem occur.

... it's going to have issues in EU

OP you seem to be very knowledgeable about this project. Please let me ask, if you're ever European too, do you know if Kinesis stablecoins will be impacted by the ongoing MiCA regulation?
One of its objectives is to regulate stablecoins in the EU and, in the long term I believe, to favor the digital euro over other $tablecoins. For example, USDT should be banned in the EU from June 30. I wonder whether Europeans will still have access to the services/stablecoins we're talking about in this topic, in the short/medium term.

... their - regulated - competitors are pushing the US authorities to go after them...

Daiana... for those who are trying to avoid risk... USDT currently... is a Russian roulette!

Privacy Coins Forum / Re: CMC is JUNK and Anti Privacy!

Not only ads, but also tracker (which only blocked by few browser/adblock). They also show less useful information such as "Top community post" on homepage and news section on each coin page.
You can also add custom rules in your adblocker and manually remove any element that you don't want to see.
That is going to make it even more easier to use

That's true, but very few people would bother do that when they know better website.

Correct me if I am wrong but I think this things are ranked based on their market capitalization,  that is, based on  the worth of their market cap, even cmc made this clear at the heading of the same you shared the link in your post.
It's not that important how they based their rankings because some of the listed coins have nothing to do with privacy, and they are still in the wrong category.

Or worse, falsely claim their cryptocurrency offer privacy while in fact it doesn't offer much or even invade our privacy.

Hey folks, been thinking. As we enter into the bull run. What are they safe practices you'll be adhering to in order to maximize profits? Kindly share below let's have a discussion

My advice is to keep on holding until you make a profit or to increase your profit, but be sure to follow the market and the chart and sell for a profit if there's a correction coming.

There's nothing wrong in selling for profit but be sure you are comfortable and fair enough for you, the time of halving or when there's a shift in the market from bear to bull is the time to make a profit so this is the time to set your goal and an open eye in the market.

If a correction does not occur during the next three months, the current cycle may be different from previous cycles, but in any case, what is required of Bitcoin is to double from the levels of $60,000 - $70,000 to the levels of $130,000 to $150,000, which is something possible even if it does not rise. The price is very high, so in any case, levels of at least $100,000 seem logical for this year.

All I can say about this bull run that is our future today is just proof that I have noticed that many of our communities here in the crypto space are those who have really prepared to hold assets that they expect to make a profit in the run.

Just keep doing what we started with DACA bitcoins or altcoins, and don't stop or be greedy when you see that you have reached your target price.

Like you said, I will not be surprised if the Heat will upset this Celtics in the first round and if that happens, I guess it's time for the Celtics to disband that Tatum-Brown duo because it isn't working for them.

If the Celtics, a team that showed impressive results throughout the regular season, fall out of the playoffs in the first round, it will be a complete failure for both the Celtics players, coaches, and their management. I agree with you that, in this case, the Celtics management will need to make some changes in the roster during the offseason.

Cryptocurrency discussions / Have you won anything online?
« Last post by XFinite on Today at 10:39:37 AM »
So I was wondering how many of you have ever won something you deemed worthwhile online. Say it be spinning games, giveaways, all expense paid trips, gambling (which I don't encourage tho  :-X).

Nowadays, Twitter is full of giveaways. If you look at some platforms like Binance, Trust Wallet, Bitget, Kucoin ; even some KOLS that do giveaways. I saw some good giveaway prices like PS5, Laptops and more. I know that doesn't seem true, cos I always thought they used to farm engagements. But looking forward to now it doesn't look even fake, since people are still getting the stuff they won and announcing it on their profile.. :o

So it doesn't matter if you are lucky or not, you'll surely win something even if it's some crypto tokens or coupons.  :-*
Let's hear your awesome and not so awesome experiences?
