Cryptocurrency discussions / Re: Is there still going to be a bull run?
« Last post by emmybd on Today at 02:35:58 AM »
Well, Bitcoin has dropped under 60k and other cryptos have also started to dip a bit. So nobody can predict what would happen in future, it may dip even further. The market has been a bit unstable for some time. So investors should not rush in investing in this unstable situation.

Crypto Exchanges / Re: Is it safe to put the tokens on the exchange?
« Last post by akeemqaz on Today at 02:28:20 AM »
It's generally safest to keep most tokens in a non-custodial wallet you control. However, verified exchanges like Bitget, Binaxe or OKX with proof of reserves exceeding customer assets can be suitable for storing huge amounts also if desired for convenience. Diversifying storage is a balanced approach.

Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Info and Prediction Thread
« Last post by bisdak40 on Today at 02:23:29 AM »

what are they trying to achieve?  weren't they tested before the fight and there were no issues like this PEDs bnut now that he won, he is being accused of it.

the mafia in boxing has presented itself. we really are living in crazy times when things like this is happening where morals are already flying out the windows. they were trolled big time by Ryan and they couldn't just shake hands and just move on to another fight. or is it just Haney feels like its his last and can't face the crowd because he causes the mafia lost a large sum.

Got your point there mate but if the mafia was involved on this fight then they should bet for Ryan Garcia to win because that's where the big money because he was the huge underdog while betting for Haney was not attractive because of low odds.

Yeah, they should have been tested before the fight to avoid complications but Team Haney was so confident that they would beat the crazy Ryan Garcia but it was the opposite that happened.

I don't think I can earn much BTC from crypto forums. I focus on my outside work to earn extra income and use a portion of that income to DCA BTC + ALTS. This way is more efficient and generates more BTC than signature campaigns.
Like what @bitmover said, you're very much welcome to join in the Bitcointalk forum, and possibly earn more BTC there (if you reached the minimum rank required.

Well, it will depend on the income that you are earning in your day-to-day job, and the free time that you have. I spend at least 4 hours in both forums, and the other time are being used for myself (playing games, exercising through jumping ropes, helping the home etc.). I guess it will depend on the time you have, but if you have extra time to contribute in Bitcointalk, many would appreciate it for sure.

More income = more money to invest into crypto and other assets = more happiness for sure. :D

The reason why I said the timing was suspicious is not because of law enforcement but because I had wrote to them a few hours before the outage (that started yesterday) asking them to activate my affiliate account so that I could withdraw a large payout.

While I hope it's not the case, the fact that the service is still down after 24 hours smells like they're trying to chicken out of paying.

It would be absurd for them to close the business for avoiding payment of affiliate commission.

Not having ANN topic in forum for months, they dont reply to manager who runs their campaign, website is not working now, something is not right.
I dont know if they got seized or shutdown, but I didnt hear anything about them in recent news.

We have heard little from most of the mixers after being expelled from Btt. Tumbler invested a lot of money, some even paid several months in advance for signature space. One gets the impression that they gave up on everything and it still worked by inertia and partly thanks to the promotion on this forum.
It reminds me a bit of the WWM case.

XRP - Ripple Forum / Re: Will we have XRP Spot ETF soon?
« Last post by koang on Today at 02:09:23 AM »

However, Ripple is fully capable of promoting a Spot ETF product for XRP thanks to their enormous influence, even though we don't yet know the market demand for such a product. In addition, after BTC, XRP is also the only crypto that has been determined not to be a security, and ETH has not yet been able to achieve the same legal status as XRP. This gives us reason to be optimistic about XRP Spot ETFs, especially if ETH Spot ETFs are rejected later this month.

Of course Ripple wants to and can afford to promote the XRP ETF.
Because If that happens, the XRP ETF will become Ripple's personal piggy bank.
The question is. Why ETF for the worst-performing crypto? XRP still zombi-coin.
For me, XRP ETF is just a noise, just feelings and wishes not something real. I lost interest fast.
And I'll be sitting at home waiting for the pump that analysts keep promising us

Result from last night's game:

1st game:
Magnolia - 108
Terrafirma - 100

2nd game:
ROS - 120
NLEX - 104

The two favorite teams won their respective games last night, ROS continued their winning streak and is now assured of a quarter-final slot, and the same with Magnolia.

21Wins - 14Losses, my standing thus far.

"We see you have contributed to web3.py [this is true] and that you are elligible for a XYZ airdrop [or some other acronym] so please allow me to use your Github account for 10 minutes so that I can help you claim it."

Or other times its "Please give us money so that we can claim the airdrop for you."
This is a very '90's way of scamming people TBH. A very common way of scamming people, but it seems like it's working because they are still using it.
Anyway, I didn't expect that scammers will beg for money. :D

Kidding aside, I'm joining airdrops a few times this year, but those are the ones that requires me to stake some X tokens in order to get this airdrop (for ex. ATOM and OSMO to get TIA airdrop, etc.). I don't join to this type of airdrops, but I'm the type of a guy who is very suspicious at first hence, when I see that the email or the content of the text suspicious, I just simply ignore it like what I'm doing for many years already.

If you're the type of person that's joining airdrops, maybe getting the official emails of those projects might help so that it will decrease your chances of getting scammed. Don't entertain random emails unless you want to troll them. :D
