Now it’s quite difficult to participate in ICO bounty campaigns. There are practically no good ICO projects on this forum, there are not many of them on the btt forum, but you can still work. For now, I just go to this forum, communicate, without participating in subscription campaigns, upgrade my account and prepare for the growth of the cryptocurrency market. Indeed. Many ICOs just ended with failed result or ended with scam issues. I think it is what you mean by "difficult to participate in ICO bounty". However, there are still some ICOs to have good results and ended with success.

being a bounty hunter is not profitable anymore. the bounty managers and the projects are just playing tricks to us and at the end. the token is lock for 6 months or a year!, after your hardwork, you gonna wait for a high before you benefit it. that not fair at all.

I think "bounty hunter" and "joining a bounty program" are two different things. You're not getting paid if you're just a bounty hunter, but joining a legit bounty program you're getting paid once the program ended.

Well, im not sure if you have tried managing a bounty but it is hard. Especially when there are a lot of people joining the campaign, you cannot monitor everyone. For “quality of work”, there might be some who are not fairly given stakes as the managers have to check each of the work and maybe got lazy checking everybodies work. There are still some bounty campaigns that are worth it, you just have to find the right one.

Depending on the project you support. if the project is successful and achieves good sales and is supported by a quality team, then the token value will be good when listed on the exchange. it affects the reward of the bounty program. But if you compare projects in 2015, I would prefer projects in 2015 to be of higher quality than projects in this year.  this year is more difficult because of competition and reduced interest in investing in ICO projects

You are right. 
Being bounty hunters won't guarantee to get income but joining a bounty program should get paid or income if it is not a scam. However, legit or not depend on how much money to get after selling the bounty reward. And it also depends on the quality of the project and the interest of investors.

Well in these kind of market situation, I think it will be hard to average bounty hunters to earn a decent amount of money from the recently or presently conducted bounty campaigns.As we can feel and see it today plus wethere we like it or not bounty campaigns nowadays are setting new norms that most of the campaign participants is not familiar with. so my advice choose the quality bounties not by the quantities to end up nothing.

For me bounty participation in this periode is some how not actually profitable as it use to be in the past few years because the reward is not longer much, the percentage is not all that big but my concern mostly is that I have participated in some bounty campaign and we have not actually heard from the bounty owners they disappeard with our reward which is not profitable to me as a bounty hunter.

As a bounty hunter, I still get paid for bounty even though there are some who don't. My payment has decreased by 2x compared to 2017. Well, in the past 2 years, it has been very difficult to find bounties that will reward pay bounty hunters. In contrast to 2017. Very easy to get reward.
