It's best not to invest in ICOs. Biarin Project Committee Scam on confusion in attracting investors who want to enter their Scam Project. So if it is done like that, then they will be lonely because there are no investors entering the ICO and consequently their fraud projects fail miserably.

The dependence on the country is located and wherever it makes mistakes it is definitely different from the penalty.
That is why in China it prohibits the ICO, because every time there is fraud or corruption, the appropriate punishment is in Hanging until Death.
