Question regarding Self Moderated Topics

I don't agree with this. It's completely dependent on the OP how the feature is used. I am open to critics, what I hate is worthless replies. Anyhow it's good to see that you can have the feature by paying a fee.

Critics and worthless post is a big difference.

however to avoid abuse, nothing is really deleted, it goes to recycle bin, thus if caught really abusing the patrons can be stripped of rank.

If every deleted topic goes to recycle bin, then, nothing to be worried if the OP is abusing his self moderated topic. And if fairness is the concern, you can limit the members that are allow to make a self moderated topic. Better if only legendary members are allow.

Though I am new to the forum, but on the Central forum for almost half a year live and learn) I would have gladly picked up and became the moderator, of course, for a modest fee))
