I understand your fears gentleman. This was the same feeling i was experiencing when i was first introduced into bitcoin and its altcoins. The whole idea of digital currencies is quite volatile and risky but if you actually learn how to play in the game trust me you will start enjoying like myself. The threat of scammers sometimes scare of people from investing into bitcoins but i believe if you play your cards well and don't leave any loop holes by posting for instance your private key on any platform nobody can steal any money from you. The whole system of blockchain is the secured form of investment i have ever known. Nobody can take your money unless you gave them the permission without you being aware.
Bitcoin is not managed by any specific person. It is a peer to peer transaction which does not involve the involvement of central banks and so i don't see how it is going to crash at any point in time. Digital currencies are here to stay so i would urge everyone to embrace this new technology.

How risky the market appears depends on how you take your steps in this world of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin has many developments yet to be fixed in, so there is no point in thinking about its crash in the next 20 years.

I don't know whether to strike what is not for Bitcoin. One day? Yes of course. But it will crash after it becomes $50k in my opinion :D Just like it crashed after 20k, to 5k. We need a great bullrun for another great crash. That is the market cycle.
