Yes of course, because Ethereum still has the potential to grow. Though its value is greatly affected by the bearmarket situation nowadays, I strongly believe that Ethereum can still recover if not this year, but surely next year.

Well I bought some when it dipped down to $175. And and it's current price at $200 I think it's still a buy with a good chance to double... it was over $400 just a few months ago.
