Jadi bangun lebih awal buat akhirnya nyari cuan dari duit ganti rugi pemerintah atau developer yang menang tender proyek di daerah tersebut. Kalau saingan retail kaya gitu semua agak susah sih, kecuali nargetnya ya pake feeling aja nyari tanah" pinggir jalan yang kemungkinan bakal dibangun ruko dkk.

Kalau ada saya lebih tertarik tentang ilmu investasi di properti, mungkin bisa menjadi pengelaman ke depan siapa tau memiliki finansial yang stabil dan mencoba berinvestasi di properti. Indeed, experience is needed in making good analyzes in estimating which new projects have potential and which do not. And new projects also invite quite high risks if we cannot make a good analysis. But if it's a meme coin project then we just need to see how strong the community they build is. And we just have to be good at following trends or hype. But I'm not good at seeing the potential in meme altcoins. So I mostly avoid it sometimes.

New meme coins project difficult to see for long term and most of them get an hype awhile only, I think important when investing in new coins between meme or not how strong the community and how much coins supply on the developer hand or investors hand. Usually meme coins just getting an hype awhile only and most of trader will sell after listing on the market without waiting for one or two months later with potential get dropping to lower price.
Yesterday, Notcoin success listing on binance and just existing awhile on the higher price before getting down until right now and I think all new project will get the same problem after listing and price correction potential.

MicroStrategy keeps buying Bitcoin, they always show a positive gesture. When some people begin to feel doubtful because of FUDs, MicroStrategy buys more Bitcoin in the red market. However, I'm not those people who doubt Bitcoin, I always believe in Bitcoin future. With more massive adoption in Bitcoin, why we must feel doubt of Bitcoin future? It is a clear sign of great future of Bitcoin.

Its positive side of MicroStrategy keep buying or investing in bitcoin although has current FUD news, but they take advantage when many people panic for selling bitcoin assets and get good moment to buy back when bitcoin getting correction price. I don't know why many people still doubt with bitcoin potential will raise to higher price and most of them panic when bitcoin at correction moment.
I think if any bigger company brave for investing in bitcoin with huge amount why make us doubt and little confusing for investing in bitcoin?

It's true, the risk of altcoins is indeed higher than Bitcoin. We can use altcoins only to make daily profits, while Bitcoin can be used for long-term investments because the value of Bitcoin which always rises becomes very expensive due to the influence of increasing demand.

Its possibility with altcoin make daily day profit but not guarantee yet how many altcoin easily drop and difficult recovery back to higher price.
I think bitcoin currently have been expensive but always has moment for bitcoin raise up to another expensive price, many trader have bad mindset with bitcoin have too expensive but most of them forget with how many time bitcoin success raise to most expensive price. Need to change with scare habit when looking bitcoin price have been expensive because in future bitcoin always have moment raise most expensive price.

Untuk airdrop saat ini banyak channel besar yang share secara gratis dan sharenya juga di awal, jadi tidak perlu sama sekali harus beli kelas apalagi bayar untuk dapatkan informasi airdrop dengan kemungkinan bakal dibayar atau tidak.
