Crypto company SafeMoon filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on Thursday, as its executives face criminal charges in the U.S.
SafeMoon, which is affiliated with a token by the same name, said it has between 50 and 99 creditors, anywhere between $10 million and $50 million in assets, and owes between $100,000 and $500,000, according to a filing in the Utah Bankruptcy Court.

LOL It's probably the first project I've seen that filed for bankruptcy. They probably would not have done so and continue stealing from their investors if their executives were not charged and arrested.

Crypto company SafeMoon's CEO and chief technology officer were arrested, accused of withdrawing more than $200M to buy luxury cars and homes from funds that they told investors were "locked," according to the DOJ and the regulator. Never take their word that funds are locked when they still control the keys to the vault.

I'll guess. You're holding a bag full of SAFEMOON right that's why you are posting a thread like this.
I'm not reading that much on Cointelegraph, but looking at this alone, you can already see that there's a problem with the team.

Add also the fact that it's a meme coin, a shit coin that has been made to give profit to the developers. The coin has no future. The coin has no long-term potential, and heck it can't even be a good mid-term coin to hold. Long-term sustainability? Forget about that because there's no long-term in meme coins except for those at the top of course.

I lost money in SAFEMOON that's why I don't like this shitcoin.

Safemoon is one of the many blackeye stories in the cryptocurrency industry...that left many people with empty bags in the process   and shockingly it was find out that the very people behind it abused their power and decided to allow greed to command their thinking. Sadly, this is not a unique or isolated story in our industry as there had been many cryptocurrency platforms that got victimized by their own supposed executives and leaders all the while pretending that things are okay and even hyping things so more people will trust them with their money. The time has come really that there should be a higher penalties for people like these and there should be a community looking up for possible red flags on different platforms so as to warn people not to anymore lay their trust on them. Safemoon at the end because the very opposite definition of SAFE...it was so dangerous to say the least.
