Are there bear market effects on IEOs projects?

Just last last year, 2018 many new projects  complained of bear market effects on their ICOs. I participated on some of these bounty projects that complained of bear market effects on their coins/token sales, and consequently couldn't meet up soft cap and this has lead to several inconclusive or collapsed projects.
In this 2019, there has been many project that has  successfully completed IEOs even when there is bear market. Now, colud there be bear run effects IEOs or that IEOs can succeed wether bear or bull runs? Your thoughts.

All IEOs depend on investors and the innovation provided is also a solid team. innovation will make many IEO successes and clear roadmaps.

I have seen good projects not reach the soft cap because investor interest is declining towards new projects that look scam, the achievement of coin sales in IEO seems to have been manipulated, this is just my thinking because there are many new projects running IEO in new crypto exchanges, after that, we will see the price of coins/tokens that we have down because there are no traders who want to buy from the exchange

Of course, the bear market has a very negative effect on the fundraising process in any format. The current bear market has led the cryptocurrency price to fall by 90-95 percent. Largely because of this, investor activity has plummeted. There is little dependence on fundraising in the IEO or ICO format.

If IEO is conducted on such top exchanges like binance, huobi, gate and on other top exchanges, then even when the cryptocurrency market continues to fall, IEO on such top exchanges will always be successful.

Of course the market conditions affects any form of token sale. It also reduce the rate of scam projects and the rate of people that believes that this is a get rich quick stuff

Yes there are effects. Bear markets are really bad to the crypto market but there are also things to consider. Most of those projects are scammers that has nothing to offer. when the loose out on sales, they blame it to the bear market. some projects that claimed to sell out in IEO failed but to cover up and continue, they lied to their community that sales was successful.

I assume the problem is not on the market trends, but in ICO itself. As many ICOs just presented scams, investors feel afraid to invest their money there. So, they leave ICOs and prefer to buy older coins/top coins on CMC. Since IEO has a better reputation and it is popular today, investors believe to put their money in IEO.

There are many altcoins that have no price when listed on the exchange, developers who run ICO have many goals when they succeed in selling tokens, such as mainnet they will do in the future and further product development to increase investor interest and can increase prices from altcoin that they developed

But the reality is that there are many successful ICO projects that continue to develop the products they have and some fraudulent projects also try to pump up the alrcoin they have in DEX exchange to be able to convince traders without updating information about the products they have.

Maybe this is true but of course it just showing how top exchanges create hype of most IEO to give some ROI. Imagine those IEO on small exchanges, thr bear market simply it up their prices. The problem with those IEOs is they dont have their own token to push out investors to create liquidity on their own. See how demanding BNB and KCS on market? It does not stop cause of launchpad.

IN my opinion, the bear market will affect the IEO projects. First is about the trust of the investors to the project because so far, the price even on IEO will decrease so fast. Second is related to the continuity of the token sale on the exchange after the IEO ends. However, if they choose the big exchange, it may give a few impacts only.

Absolutely impact on IEO and ICO. When market bearish maximum investors fear to invest and the project don't achieve soft cap or hardcap. As a result they never arrange any exchange with expected prices.

We have seen the effects of IEO this past few months, and it gives hope for the new projects for raising funds and I wouldnt say that it have a bear effect as we can see that it is one of the reasons why the overall market is recovering due to the fact that investors are coming back looking to profit in this IEO projects.

This was thought until recently. There is already a thread on this forum with news about research that showed that IEO projects lost up to 98 percent of the value of new tokens this year. It turned out that on almost all exchanges, regardless of the rating, the price of new tokens drops significantly and this refutes the rumors that IEO projects are slightly more effective for ICOs. It turns out that the bear market for altcoins hit hard on IEO projects. In this regard, it is believed that the level of capitalization of bitcoin may exceed 85 percent, and most altcoins will simply disappear. I would not want such a forecast to be true.

Bear market may affect on IEO projects since it is also related to the price of Bitcoin and other coins. When the bearish is happening, all crypto prices can drop significantly. It makes investors and traders hard to gain profits. They may prefer to hold than buy another coin.
