You don't have to rest or meditate really. You just have to get used to the volatility of the market and accept the fact that you can never control or predict what is going to happen next. I would rather suggest that you hone your skills in all aspects of crypto and learn to control your emotions. If you get tired waiting, maybe you are not really cut out for this. Maybe you are only treating it as a lottery ticket to get rich. That's not the case unfortunately.

As human frustration is a normal thing and part of our being, but doesn't mean it was hopeless. sometimes we just need time and enough space to recover from that kind of feeling. specially that we involve in the volatile crypto industry that giving us so much stress, the question is am i tired? my answer is yes but i need to continue of what i have started and that was my strong position with or without bullrun.

Yes I already filled tried because I am a victim of cryptocurrency holdings. When market is higher in position then I invested in bitcoin and Ethereum. But two big scammed year 2018 and 2019 give me suffered. So I really tried. I am waiting for green signal and something better than worse.
