I'm more comfortable with holding, especially when I took my position from a very good price level. Sometimes I also trade, I mean swing trading especially when theirs so much hype and volume in an asset.

I think both types of investment have their own advantage, in trading we can trade on the coins which have too much movement, so we can easily book some profit from there whereas in hodling strategy we hold a specific coin or crypto on which we believe that holding this coin for a long term can give most profits.

I think it is better to do both, trading and investing together. If we only rely on investing, we will wait too long to take profits. While if we only rely on trading, we can't have a chance to take bigger profits. So, we need to do both, we can learn both investing and trading together.
