Hello friend, yes! Holding is actually an individual strategy on defferent crypto, and also Holding is a part of long term investment options open to everyone by choice.
Now, there are few coins out there that are worth holding and everything depend on which give individual
a good earning, whether on the short or long run basess.

However, in my opinion, coins like XRP, EOS, NEO etc are good coins so far, that has proven to be recovering quik after the bear market period. These coins are also stable in recent time.

when the market is down is the best time to hold. Check the statistics of previous 4-5 month of a token or coin and if you see a huge difference then you can hold. When the market will be stable you can sell then which will make some profit.
