Yea I tihnk this list is a good guide for everyone looking to invest in an ICO. There are others but that will now depend on personal preferences.

I'm not sure if he does it to "pump" for his personal gains. There are just some traders who takes advantage of the newbies from his selections.

I rarely invest in ICO but if I do, I mainly look for the team behind. Then research about the project. It is important that I know what am I investing into.

I don't know if there is a "best way" to trade altcoins. Each coin has its own time. Maybe just look for coins with good use case, check its roadmap to monitor its future activities. It is important that you are updated as they usually pumps when there's a "big news" coming.

Nothing beats doing your own research. Various books/videos about trading out there. Follow experience traders and learn from them as well. Join crypto communities (not pump and dump groups).

When a project claims to be the next bitcoin, I usually stay away. I don't see any other coin reaching $10,000 except maybe Eth.
