I really didn't think that this is happen because Crypto currency is already banned by some countries .
Their is 99% population who used fait currency , this is true that Crypto popularity incraese day by day but we can't say that Crypto currency decreased value of fait currency.

In general, cryptocurrencies cannot outperform the currencies of states. It can only beat fiat in price. For the rest, the cryptocurrency will exist only along with the money of the states. States will not massively use decentralized cryptocurrency. With the advent of central bank stablecoins, governments have found a good replacement for cryptocurrencies.

I think even though progress on crypto has been proven, I don't think it's as easy as what you think that the country also wants to try to do to renew by making too. because regulations must be made and very strict provisions need to be established. because so far with fiat alone the state has been confused by the existing regulations, no one wants to try to make it even more dizzy.

crypto with fiat are two very different things. I think it will be very difficult for crypto to become fiat. Because we know that crypto is a very volatile investment. This question was asked a long time ago but like many others, I still think cryptos are very far from taking the place of fiat money.
There are lots of barriers to that, not just government resistance but also a very slow adaptation in legal, technological and educational systems.

What governments do at the state level cannot be called a classic cryptocurrency. Because any national digital currency will be centralized. This means that it will no longer be a cryptocurrency.

I don't think so because Bitcoin was just limited in supply while the fiat is unlimited because the central Bank can easily print fiat money base on each countries economic capacity that's why Bitcoin cannot surpass the traditional fiat currencies.

I agree with the opinion that bitcoin cannot surpass fiat money. Because Fiat money it self has been used in remote areas. Meanwhile, bitcoin cannot be used for remote areas.
