For the price of ethereum, it might be beaten by some other coins, but for the technology owned by ethereum, I think nothing can beat because until now only the ethereum platform has been used for many companies to create a new cryptocurrency based on Erc20.

I don't think there is any altcoin coins that can compare with etherium, eth is still the best alt and can't be compared to any alt coin.

we all know that eth is the best altcoin .It is still on the second position with a huge amount of volume .I don't even know you notice the market or not its just a huge uptrend make the eth to the up where there is no competitor with eth .So it is always the best altcoin ever .

Their fee is still ridiculous and inconvenient blockchain network. Charging somone making a transaction of $100 to be requesting $50 as gas fee is not economical for anyone. This is even more than what an ordinary banks charges people. It's really important they scale their network.

I do see alot of people saying Polkadot will replace Ethereum in the long run, but I don't think that's ever going to happen, cause Ethereum is the king of altcoins, I know Polkadot has some crazy features but still that doesn't mean it's going to take Ethereum's place in the crypto ranking, Ethereum will always be the best altcoin out there, no doubts, have always believed in it.

Ethereum price is rising. As more popularity grows, many investors are trading. eth gas price so high now, eth still have a long way till eth 2.0. so ETH will drop meanwhile. First of all, if the ETH dont blow it ETH will forever remain the altcoin king and the increased in the popularity of exchange and market traffic is because of the institutions accumulation of crypto and I read that alot of Central Bank will create their national digital currency soon or later which I expect to help crypto to gain more fraffic.
With that been, I dont consider ETH having gas fee problem cause 66 gwei (~ 15 sec for transactions confirmation ), 57 gwei (~ 1 min) etc. Is not too much.
