Yes, we can do both trading and investing (holding). There is no negative side to doing both, I think both trading and investing won't spend too much time if we know how to do them effectively. Both are profitable if you work smartly and choose carefully the coins to hold and have the needed skills and knowledge about trading. Actually there are some promising crypto currencies like BTC and ETH which have the most promising potential so it is better to hold them for long term.

Both profitable on its season. If you bought tokens at cheap price then hold til lucrative increase. No other thing to do than trade your tokens.
