With good improvement in Ethereum price, I see ICO projects can be easier to do their fundraising and put the coins in exchanges with good rates. Yes, ICOs seem to not get good impacts even if ETH is in the best performance. ETH is absolutely the best altcoins, it is in second place in CMC currently. I think ETH is in good condition and seems to continue improving its performance. But what ICOs get? Nothing, no impacts.

I think base on the current crypto trend, new start up projects (ICOs) will be very hard to come back because IEOs has had a successful sales of token and i believe that the way things are going, many people will find difficult to invest on new start up ICOs. It very obvious that IEO look more reliable and it may take longer time for most investors to get involved again in ICOs.

Yes this is the good signal to ethereum investors still ethereum is maintaining the second position for long time although although ethereum based ico markets are deeply affected the dull cryptomarket condition but this year ethereum will rise again thus all ethereum based ERC20 projects will growing fastly again.

ICO kings and many fake ICOs are detrimental to many investors 
I do not see ICO at this time, ICO was popular in 2017-2018, then switched to IEO, this was done to prevent the worries of new investors who want to invest in crypto, so as not to be fooled by scammers
