Cryptocurrency is a new breakthrough

if you look at a few years back, the world economy, especially about payments, is very difficult for us to do, although it is easy, but there are always many requirements that must be completed so that it costs a lot of time and money.
and cryptocurrency appears by eliminating it all.
so we can make payments whenever and wherever without having to have troublesome conditions.
that's why I agree if the cryptocurrency is the latest breakthrough.
what about your opinion?

I think the effect of crytpocurrency for global economic sector is still very small. Only certain people that can get advantages with proper income from cryptocurrency. And I guess they are whales and developers that the most benefited from crypto business.

Yes cryptocurrency is a breakthrough to the market especially the decentralization which is a very out of the box thinking comparing to fiat that we use everyday.

Cryptocurrency is still at the stage of development and it is even difficult to imagine what will happen when the cryptocurrency will be recognized by the governments, that's when we will can see the full power and possibilities of cryptocurrency.

No doubt cryptocurrency is the new breakthrough for making payments anywhere anytime in the world thus paying in cryptocurrencies we can save time and money as well. On the other hand bank has many requirements to fulfill if we have to transfer the money outside the country even transaction fees are quite high but through cryptocurrencies we do not need to follow any extra procedure it is hassle free.

cryptocurrency is definitely an improved form of money... no doubt about that, but it is still on the early stages of development, both in terms of tech and market... there is a lot to be done on several sides before there is a chance to turn massified and accessible for everyone to use and benefit...
I really hope that crypto, and especially blockchain will stay as society deeply needs some of the advantages that it brings,,,

The latest breakthrough...That expression is too humble imo.
Cryptocurrencies are the biggest invention in the financial space since the creation of the banking system, which is 5 century old.

It's not just that payments gets more effective, cheap, fast etc.
The point is that bank's intermediation becomes useless.
This is not only a financial but a social and political revolution. Think about the historical role banks has played in society and politics around the world

I don't think that cryptocurrency is the real innovation. The real one is the thing behind those cryptocurrencies: blockchain. Yes cryptocurrency can help reduce time and money in payments but there're certain drawbacks that restraint it from being widely used: unstable, easy to manipulate, 51% attack, not understandable to everyone... Blockchain is another story. Companies and organizations can exploit blockchain to track goods or service's information, store data or reward loyaty... To conclude, cryptocurrency is just one application form of blockchain. There're a lot more blockchain can do and it - not crypto is the real breakthrough.

Yes it is, the greatest innovation that added in the payment system which helps in the world economic. I think were lucky that crypto was invented. Yes, I agree to youre point but somehow iy cannot yet tottally replace banking and tradional finance since we are bound by legality and crypto still on the phase where legal still isnt utilize yet. Maybe If etf pursue then good. We can see progress.

Some governments already recognizing cryptocurrency but most are still against it because they know the fact that if they
use this technology the amount of corruption will dramatically fall and they don't want that to happen because most of the
governments are corrupt and they make a living from stealing other people's money.

100% agree. Blockchain is much bigger than cryptos.
But cryptos are the application of blockchain to the field of money, and money is a central element in our society.
Blockchain, through cryptos, is revolutionising what we understand as money.
Until now, we think of cryptos mostly as a way to invest our money, as a way to make more money.
We are still missing the point

Now cryptocurrencies are at the initial stage of their development, but despite this, various countries are gradually beginning to recognize them, because they see potential and advantages in comparison with existing payment systems.
