This all depends on a person's appetite for risks. Although XRP had its big shares of some bad things lately, one thing for sure is that it remains to have a strong community. People saying stay away from Ripple are just like the people calling bitcoin a bubble, the bubble is over $30k now if you actually bought when it was at $4k last year you would be in profit by now, so I want to ask would you rather be right or you want to make money? I think it was great time to buy xrp when it crashed below 20 cents after the SEC panic because personally im confidnet that xrp will get green signal soon and it will become a steonger project and coin after success from this issue.

Totally agree with the op, it's best everyone avoid xrp for the time being, atleast, until the have their issue with sec resolved, but it's still very certain that some group or set of persons won't heed to this warning, not until they get their fingers burnt, and I also pity newbies who won't even do any research before investing, this set if individual are the most vulnerable to huge losses if anything should wrong.

I believe it will bounce back after this lawsuit, don't forget 90% of XRP trading is done outside US. Whatever the SEC says it effects XRP for US users only. So the shit thing about all this is there is just a dark cloud hanging above XRP while this lawsuit is active but I believe that XRP will survive and still a good investment.

Following the US SEC filing lawsuit against XRP, exchanges have announced delisting or suspending trading of this coin. For those who are not aware, Ripple was sued because they allegedly sold securities in the form of XRP to US investors/traders.
As I've said in another thread, if ever Binance decides to delist this it will be done by their US counterpart which is Binance US.
It will be the Binance US, which caters to all their US customers, who will do that. The main exchange blocks all US customers anyway.

It's a valueless protocol with no incentive to hold or actually increase in value. Now they are getting exhange de-listings and fined. It's not good.

I am not agree with you actually because XRP still crying number 7 position in CMC market though there are some bad news for XRP but i think as team is very active they must recover it and XRP will come in competition very recent time. Batter everybody should invest on XRP as still in cheap rate.

Its very tough time For XRP because ut has got into a scuffle with the feds. Bit mart dropped them & Crypto.com will not let you transfer it or buy it. Just show you what it’s doing in market. I own XRP & haven’t found away to sale at high levels or trade it.

In my personal opinion, this is not the time to sell XRP, this is the time to buy it. Each person does what is best for them with their coins/tokens, of course, but what I try to do is accumulate. When Ripple solves its problems with the SEC (whatever year it is), the exchanges will reopen their pairs with XRP and the current problems will disappear.
