EOS highest price is 21 USD when the bull market is in January 2018, but when the price drops, all altcoins fall in price,
so many people ask, can the EOS price go up to 21 USD per EOS even though the market is bear?
if this happens then EOS can beat the possible XRP or ETH.
but the question is, can it happen?
give your opinion.

In my opinion, the price at that bull run of all coin is just a overwhelming price. Now when bitcoin at 6,400$, all of coins have been sideways and showing their true value. For them to come back to that price it would take a long time

EOS has the potential to reached $21 this year if this coin will be performing well in the market but i won't think EOS will surpass Ethereum within this year as Ethereum is still the number one among all altcoins now.

Many exchange projects and ICO projects use the EOS platform, the longer I want to study the EOS network, the more ICO projects that push eos coins to higher prices in the future

Once Eos overtakes ethereum it only means that there are something wrong in ethereum strategy. Eos will hit 21 price but I think not at this moment of bearish.

This could be a long time until EOS can recover to 21$, this recover depending on the market and will happen when we have a bull run. But now all the market have been sideways for too long

I think EOS will recover from the current market bear market. It may a little long for EOS and other altcoins to get that all time high of December 2017, even Eos that hit $21 on January 2018. The bull may take come soon but it may be very difficult to predict the excact time, probably early 2919.

I believe EOS coin could reached more than $21 this year because this coin has the ability and capability to perform well in the crypto market.
