Personally I was scammed on 20k$ by some ICOs (tbh, not very disappointed – I made 50k$ on other ICOs), but why there are no entity that strive to solve that problem?! I don’t mean SEC, they are working on another matters and scopes.

So I hope they will succeed. My wallet hopes too.

So they will return money in BTC or dollars? If in dollars, how that rate will be counted? If I lost 2 BTC (12k each), so they will return me 24k dollars?

dude, not they. They give the platform that is very convenient for that purposes, and a law firm that can do all that returning staff. They have infrastructure but no guarantees - it’s logical.

I heard about Ubikiri, there were some topics about their development here but it all seemed to me unserious now with this partnership Ubikiri seems more reliable to me
