Lately, I don't have much altcoin in my portfolio, it's completely different from 2017/2018 ICO hype where I have shit tons of altcoins. I've seen DeFi with Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc., tried crypto casino with its tokens and NFT, tried Play2Earn games, but I've not yet to see some project or at least concept that is truly interesting (or cool). What's your thought? Do you have some projects in mind that are interesting that you are willing to bet? It doesn't have to "bullish" or "moon soon," but have working product (or prototype) is good enough.

In 2022, the market situation is really different and those people who had been there in 2017 and 2018 during the ICO craze can feel such an immense difference. Well, we are hoping that this current dip will not really result into a massive winter freeze just like what happened in the later months of 2018 as it can be a little bit hard for the market to do dramatic rebound if it would be the case. Now, as to your question which can be a coolest project, I don't have a particular project in mind but am suggesting to anyone interested to look for one that can be connected with GameFi, NFT, Web 3.0 and the Metaverse...finding one that can offer these four concerns can be your mission. And once you get something, please share it here.

You can have a look at WPP and Matic they both are doing good and their dev is also quite active.
Yeah, Matic is useful especially if you play with NFT, but it has a lot of similarity with ETH (fork of GO ETH). Not sure with WPP, IMO electricity doesn't need token.

What are good Web3 and Metaverse projects?

I mainly focus on Metaverse and everything that goes with it.
It starts with Launchpads, and in between DeFi, GameFi, DAO and of course NFT's.
For the past few months I've consistently achieved 5-10x capital gains investing in these areas and with the latest project, Next Earth, I'm even anticipating my early retirement.

I am in agreement with this statement. many experts are predicting leaps and bounds kind of growth on areas of GameFi, NFT, Web 3.0 and the Metaverse...and these four are actually interconnected that's why am looking for a project or a platform that can incorporate them into one. Right now, GameFi is evolving, NFT remains strong and expanding, Web 3.0 is on the offing and of course Metaverse getting more and more popular. However, only time can tell which among the many players we have and will have can really survive and flourish in the competitive marketplace.

Hahaha, you will retire as a landlord on that virtual earth. This is what I don't understand: why people buy virtual properties and NFT? I guess I'm too old for the current trend. You know... you can't use the land like in the real world, to build farm to feed your family or something useful.
IMO Web3 is more make sense, where you can create content in decentralized web ecosystem, and get paid with cryptocurrency.

The coolest crypto project that I found was a etna project, it was a play to earn game project and the game was in a 3D which is very cool but too bad that the price of this coin was not pump for a long time. It is really not what I expected but I keep hold the coin, maybe it is not yet the right time to booming especially in this bear. I'm still hoping for this coin to go moon someday.

I'm not sure that the WPP project is good, I know the history of the development of this project well, and to be honest, they often change their minds, and develop a product for a very long time, maybe something has changed, but still I would be cautious about this project.

I believe that when we buy any token, we all trust and love that project :) I buy DOT because I believe in Web3, I buy ENJ because I like GameFi in the future. I think they will come in so something interesting for the crypto market in 2022.

Mate,I believe VALK needs some more time for reaching their max. potential tbh. Their asset management idea is good enough but current market circumstances makes it harder then before.

I really like SWING. They have amazing idea for being bridge between chains and make transactions faster/simpler/cheaper. They are like airbnb on blockchain^^ I hope they will continue to grow rapidly and will be HUGE.

I wish I had done the same and sold off. I got way too many bags now, most of them looking miserable.... Buying is easy, but selling I find difficult sometimes. Now I got more good coins I want to invest in, but already spent all my chips on all kinds of madness.
Well, that needs experience mate, I did the same mistake in 2017/2018. Low marketcap coins are generally for short time holding, once it profitable, sell it all. If not you'll become a bagholder for years.

I don't think it would be wrong to say that Ftribe, which is a GameFi project, is the coolest project, huh? Ftribe is both a logical investment and an enjoyable project with its rapidly advancing game technology and growing number of investors.

This was a great decision investing in the Sand, Elrond and Trx. I am more than happy to invest in them. They make a great deal. They are currently doing well in the crypto market.

i thing Metaverse and web3 projects are still in beta phase but the hype is very strong till this days I hope things will work out in the end and we will be able to experience the completed version of metaverse, honestly I don't always like half baked crypto projects cos things can still go wrong

For a project,as a mentioned above SWING seems really interesting and imo they have potential. Being bridge aggregate idea is unique and I believe that kind of protocols are necessary for better blockchain experience.

This is crypto, you count always 'bet on a project'. A project van surprise you for the good or worse. Either way , its upredictable. Even if you are the CEO of the project, there may be unforeseen events that would force your hand

Definitely charity token.. Web3 tokens, metaverse tokens, gamefi tokens... we see them all the time, but I've never seen a token under the social impact heading.

I think Solcial is extremely cool :) it also gives confidence because it is in the Solona ecosystem. As you are already much more expert than most of us. You have a better understanding of the market but sometimes we miss some projects that really have the potential to grow in the future. We can not say they will be hugely to pump but one can consider such project's coins to hold in their portfolio. At present two coins come to my mind one is Ntvrk and another is WPP. I like Ntvrk it's a multichain metaverse project and its admin is very active and they did many partnerships with good projects apart from this WPP is a product base project and doing well even WPP has signed its first W2H2 power plant conversion contract and it will be established in Eastern Europe and here are the details about WPP:

Yea, NFT is still coolest project and more popular than other.
But for now there are several new trend project that will have great progress at this year, such as web 3.0 and metaverse.

My coolest cryptocurrency project is Chiliz. Because they have a lot of big deals in concrete terms. They are constantly trying to improve themselves. Even though they made some mistakes but still my favorite project.

YOUengine and PGPAY are some altcoins that I ever think cool altcoins, not sure whether good projects or not. :D
I remember I got some of the tokens from bounty programs and have good values at that time. I sold both the tokens when I received them, but then I regretted it because the prices increased suite significantly. Very rarely happens today, most of the current new altcoins just dumped once listed on exchanges.

BNB is already well-known and pretty much the same as ETH but cheaper and faster. It's a valuable token indeed with its periodic token burn. However, it's not that interesting for a project. Compared to 2017/2018 ICOs, they offered many interesting projects, for instance steemit, crypto bank, fantasy sports, etc., but the problem is it is just a cash grab without delivery. These days, only meme token, metaverse, are offered without clear benefits.

I am a fan of project with utilities, as I believe they tend to be more bullish than just a project without one.
As a game lover, I focus more into gamefi and got to know about Arcade. I have got bags of $Arcade token and I have been earning reasonable rewards.

Metaverse and Web3.0 is next trend but StepN is new idea and working very well. The project is very cool, the token at the moment is extremely overpriced. People should learn to value the asset not by its price but by their market cap. It has reached nearly 2 billion in a very short period. As much as it might deserve to be there, the rise was too steep and too quick... it will fall, then it can maybe find its floor and rise again, in an organic way this time. I hope you didn't get caught in the price manipulation. It's correct but you may want to read whitepaper first. Unilab is actually offering more. No-coding is the main path but there are more you gonna learn about Unilab.

I wish I had done the same and sold off. I got way too many bags now, most of them looking miserable.... Buying is easy, but selling I find difficult sometimes. Now I got more good coins I want to invest in, but already spent all my chips on all kinds of madness.
Sometimes we are always caught unready in this space but we never can be too sure if the tokens or coin will perform further well if we sell but the unthinkable happened.
I will say we should just follow our instinct when it comes to buying and selling .

Everyone here is talking about newish or upcoming projects. But I believe it'll be a lot better to pick a quality project that has already developed. My personal favorite is DigitalBits ($XDB). It's own ecosystem is growing rapidly and I believe in near future, they'll be at elite's club(top100) Current rank is #190~ at coinmarketcap. Also, products seem very promising. Lower risks while maximising profits.

There are a lot of quality projects in blockchain, it depends on what you're targeting to get, for example if you're planning to invest for long-term, you may want to invest on Web3 or metaverse. Lately, I don't have much altcoin in my portfolio, it's completely different from 2017/2018 ICO hype where I have shit tons of altcoins. I've seen DeFi with Uniswap, PancakeSwap, etc., tried crypto casino with its tokens and NFT, tried Play2Earn games, but I've not yet to see some project or at least concept that is truly interesting (or cool). What's your thought? Do you have some projects in mind that are interesting that you are willing to bet? It doesn't have to "bullish" or "moon soon," but have working product (or prototype) is good enough.
You should check out some web3 and metaverse project. Web3 is going to be something interesting in the near future there is no doubt about that but for metaverse just avoid new play to earn game. Also i saw some NFT project like steapen doing very good. Their GST token price is going up for quite some times.
