First of all, we must admit that at this point, without the internet, we cannot have a "live" blockchain. When all the nodes of the blockchain cannot interact with each other, transactions cannot be executed and the blockchain loses its value. So we have to accept that crypto is superior, but it still has limited accessibility when compared to fiat. Fiat is a digital money in bank account, fiat is also paper money that can be owned by anyone.
However, in the future, if technology develops to a certain extent, we can create hardware wallets that interact with each other and store information about accounts + transactions that have been carried out. These data can then be completely added to the blockchain when 1 of the 2 wallets connects to the internet.
If this can be done, crypto is easily accessible to everyone.
