If you believe that the market is dead and will not come back, then that investor can sell off and exit the market but if for any reason you believe that after the drop regardless of where the price falls to it will rebound, then why sell at loss? that is if you've not taken profits before now already.

Bitcoin has risen almost $4,000 in less than 24 hours, the current situation is nothing like what we saw in 2018.
